Batch Extraction Plant

Batch extraction plants are used to recover, by means of a solvent, the oil remaining in the press cake after mechanical pressing, and to obtain meal with low residual oil. The process operates as a closed system covering extraction, miscella transfer, recovery of solvent from the oil and meal phases, condensation and reuse of the solvent.

Özmodern Makina carries out the complete process engineering, design, machinery and equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning of batch extraction plants. Systems are designed specifically for each project according to the raw material, the properties of the press cake, the target capacity and operating conditions.

We build our batch extraction plants in different configurations according to the process and discharge method: the Blow-Out Type and the Agitator – Discharge Type.
