Packaging Systems

The machines and equipment used at the packaging stage to make filled vegetable oils ready for sale and shipment must be selected to suit the capacity of the filling line and the packaging properties.

Özmodern Makina engineers post-filling packaging systems according to packaging type, production capacity, packing format and the desired level of automation; it selects and supplies the required packaging machines and auxiliary equipment and integrates them with the filling line.

Systems can be configured as semi-automatic or fully automatic as required, and the entire process from the product leaving the filler to being packed and ready for shipment can be handled as a whole.

Complete Packaging Solutions

Depending on the project and packaging, case erectors, robotic systems for placing products into cases, case sealing and taping machines, conveyors and other auxiliary packaging equipment can be included in the system.

If required by the filling and packaging process, PET blow moulding machines and their line equipment can also be included in the scope and supplied.

Integration with Filling Lines

Packaging systems can be engineered as stand-alone machines or as a continuation of the filling line. Products that have been filled, capped and labelled are conveyed to the packaging section, where casing and preparation for shipment are carried out according to the selected level of automation.
