Raw Material Storage Systems

Storing oilseeds safely and under suitable conditions before production is essential for preserving raw material quality and feeding the production line without interruption. Product received at the plant and passed through pre-cleaning is stored in steel silos sized according to the plant's stock requirements.

Özmodern Makina designs raw material storage systems taking into account the product to be processed, daily production capacity, target storage period and plant layout. Silo capacities and numbers are determined, and the product flow from raw material reception to the production line — including conveying and process feeding — is planned as a whole.

Engineering, Installation and Site Supervision

Just as important as the correct design of storage systems is the installation of silos and auxiliary equipment on site in accordance with the project, which is essential for safe and sound operation.

Our technical team, experienced in this field, takes part in the installation of steel silo systems, follows the installation process and checks that the work complies with the project and technical requirements. The integration of silo systems with raw material reception, conveying and production feed lines is also assessed within the overall process structure of the plant.
