Pre-Cleaning Systems

Oilseeds delivered to the plant by tractor from farmers or by truck from different supply points pass through a fast and effective pre-cleaning process before being taken into the raw material silos. At this stage, dust, stalks, head fragments and other foreign matter are removed, allowing the raw material to be stored in steel silos more cleanly and safely.

The main purpose of the pre-cleaning system is to reduce the dust and foreign matter load in the product to be stored, thereby lowering the risk of heating and spontaneous heating in the silo, contributing to safe storage and reducing the associated fire risks.
