Crude Oil Filtration System

Crude oil obtained by mechanical pressing may contain fine particles, sediment and oily solids, depending on the properties of the pressed raw material and the pressing conditions. Effectively separating these solids before the crude oil is sent to storage or refining is important for the steady and efficient operation of downstream processes.

Özmodern Makina designs crude oil filtration systems according to press capacity, the solids load in the crude oil, the target filtration level, operating conditions and customer preferences. Plant engineering, the manufacturing and supply organization of the required equipment, installation, piping connections, process integration and commissioning are all carried out by us as a whole.

Depending on the plant's needs, the filtration method can be based on metallic filters, cast-body cloth filters or decanters. Where required, different separation methods can also be applied in stages within the same process.
