Batch Acid Oil Plant

The Batch Acid Oil Plant is a discontinuous process system used to split the soapstock formed in the neutralization section of vegetable oil refining by controlled acidulation and to recover its oily phase as acid oil.

Thanks to the batch operating principle, key process parameters such as acid dosing, reaction temperature, mixing and settling time can be controlled according to the properties of the soapstock being processed.
