Continuous Extraction Plant

Continuous extraction plants are process systems used in high-capacity oilseed processing plants to continuously recover, by solvent extraction, the oil remaining in the press cake after pressing.

Özmodern Makina provides project-based engineering and implementation solutions for continuous extraction plants. The process structure and required equipment are determined by evaluating the raw material, plant capacity, press cake properties and the existing plant infrastructure.

Depending on the project scope, we carry out process engineering, equipment selection and supply, manufacturing of machinery and process equipment, site installation, piping, integration with existing systems and commissioning.

Rather than supplying complete plants, we work on continuous extraction projects with an engineering approach tailored to the need and scope of each project, developing solutions for the renewal of existing plants, capacity increases, equipment replacement and the integration of new process equipment.

Project-Based Machinery and Equipment Solutions

The machinery and process equipment required in continuous extraction plants is evaluated on a project basis, taking into account the plant's operating conditions and process requirements.

We carry out the mechanical and process design, manufacturing and site installation of equipment within our production capabilities, and can also manage the technical selection, procurement and plant integration of main equipment that has to be sourced externally within the project scope.

This approach makes it possible to renew or upgrade specific process sections both in new systems and in operating continuous extraction plants.
