Pomace Oil Production Plants

We offer turnkey plant solutions for processing the pomace generated in olive oil production. Plants are engineered with the whole process in mind — from preparing and drying the pomace, through solvent extraction and oil recovery, to refining the crude pomace oil obtained.

We carry out the process engineering, machinery and equipment design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of pomace extraction and refinery plants. Pomace drying systems, malaxers, decanters, separators and related specialist equipment are selected and supplied together with our partner companies according to project requirements and integrated by us into the plant as a whole.

Custom Solutions for Olive Processing

We also develop custom systems for existing olive processing and packaging plants to reduce production costs, improve process flows and recover the oils used.

In one of our projects, instead of continuously replacing the oil used to coat olives before packaging, we designed and implemented a closed-loop recovery system that removes the used oil from the system, cleans it and returns it to the process.

In such projects, we study the existing production line and the plant's needs and develop plant-specific process, filtration, transfer, tank, piping and automation solutions.
