Commissioning & Performance Testing

In newly built or revised plants, commissioning is the critical stage in which machinery, equipment, piping, electrical and automation systems are made to work together correctly under process conditions.

After mechanical and electrical checks, Özmodern Makina carries out the first start-up of the systems; follows the initial production run and performs field work to tune process parameters and bring the plant to its target operating conditions.

During commissioning, operators also receive the necessary hands-on instruction and training on system use and basic process control.
