Rapid and Coordinated Progress on the Alemdar Food Project by Özmodern Makina

As Özmodern Makina, we have reached a significant milestone in just 35 days on the extraction plant project we are carrying out for Alemdar Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş.

As part of the project, which began in the first week of September 2026, the engineering, design, material procurement and manufacturing processes for eight mixer-discharge type extractors and one distiller have been completed, and we have now moved on to the on-site assembly phase.

In this short space of time;

• Engineering and design work,

• Procurement and material supply organisation,

• Manufacturing and production planning,

• Supplier and subcontractor management,

• Logistics, dispatch and on-site installation coordination

were carried out with a simultaneous and integrated approach to project management.

Reaching this stage within 35 days is a concrete demonstration of our robust engineering infrastructure, production capabilities and effective project management approach.

Whilst our on-site installation work continues according to plan, we are pressing ahead with our efforts to successfully complete the project.
