REFINERY
Impurities (impurities) such as phosphatides, free fatty acids (FFA) and anti-oxidants etc. must be removed before industrial use and consumption of edible oils.
Refinery process is the unit where these impurities are removed. Edible oils and fats must be fully refined to improve their color, taste, smell and long-term use. Industrial (industrial) use oils can be fully or partially refined to remove unwanted components that will affect the quality of the final product.
Refining Unit Is A Combination Of The Following Process Steps.
- Scale out;It is the removal of gums and phosphatides from crude oils.
- Neutralization; It is the removal of water-insoluble hydrates, all phosphatides and servest fatty acids, in short, saponifying substances from crude oils.
- Bleaching;Removal of soap, metal and coloring pigments from crude oils.
- Winterization; It is the removal of components that have a high melting point.
- Deodorization; It is the removal of free fatty acids remaining in neutralized and bleached oils, all free fatty acids in physical refining, volatile impurities that affect the taste and odor of the oil (especially ketones and aldehydes).
As ÖZMODERN MAKİNE, while preparing the refining process for our valued customers, we aim to remove the undesired impurities in the oil by keeping the desired components with minimum loss, so that the glycerides are least damaged.
